Handmade Fishing Lures & Spearing Decoys

Check out some pictures of this unique decoy. Most guys haven't seen any sharks in their darkhouse up here but I do have a friend who said he saw something in the hole that might have been the mother of this decoy. He has been known to stretch the truth a little but I wouldn't call him a liar to his face. I think what he saw had something to do with him being on his 10th or 11th beer.

$35 each and I can hear you now... How can he sell these for only $35? Well you are right that I can't charge only $35 if I want to make any money but I like sanding and smelling epoxy adhesive so much that I will almost do it for nothing.

$80 - This is a very heavy duty working spearing decoy. A friend brought me a cisco that he had netted and I copied that fish body for this decoy. I never knew a cisco got this big and heavy but my friend said they have caught ciscos quite a bit larger than this one. A lot of people call a cisco a tullibee. I named this decoy after a very good friend of mine who was one of the toughest guys I have ever known. I worked with him when he was in his 60's and he could outwork almost any 20 year old. I think he would have liked this decoy. If you are a crybaby or whiner don't buy this decoy. Go buy one of those plastic red and white decoys for 20 bucks and pretend you know what you are doing!

$25 - Holy Smokes! You ask how can we sell this almost museum quality piece for this money? The truth is I am such a nice guy that I would give them away if I didn't need money for vittles! We used to go to a few shows and this decoy was one of the fastest sellers. This is a real working spearing decoy but most of these we sell are going to be hung in a home or cabin for display.
